Hongkong Land has secured a nine-year lease renewal contract with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Asia at Two and Three Exchange Square in Central. The leasing deal involves an office floor area of more than 100,000 square feet. The investment bank has been a tenant at Exchange Square since 1985 and occupies more than 10 per cent of the space in the 871,000 sq ft buildings.
