Reading books

I think that electronic books will never replace conventional books because both of them have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Electronic books provide a new way of reading as many articles and books are available on the Internet. This enables students to read in a more convenient way. Youngsters nowadays always want to try new things to challenge themselves. If electronic books are introduced, I think it may raise their interest in reading. But if they have to spend too much time surfing the Net, they may lose interest.

On the other hand, the feel ing of holding a book is totally different. It is an object that we can touch and feel as we read. Much time will be saved as we don't have to find it by surfing the Net. However, conventional books need a lot of space to store, it is not like electronic books that can be saved on a hard disk.

In conclusion, I think no matter what type of books it is, if it is useful, then it is good to use it. And students who are interested in reading can choose the best way they like.
