Get medical services off-line
Scarcely a year goes by without my having to visit a doctor.
Seeing a doctor has become just another everyday routine, and I believe it is true for many others.
I am astounded that the Internet now claims to offer medical consultations. What an outrageous idea! No real medical consultation is complete without a doctor's use of a stethoscope.
A prescription suggested by a patient listing his symptoms is not to be taken seriously.
The expertise of practitioners at healthcare portals cannot be guaranteed, either. With that amount of uncertainty, I am convinced medical consultations on-line are unreliable.
Although the Internet has many advantages and offers state-of-the-art technology, there are things that will never change. Medical services should be taken more seriously.
