Henderson Cyber aims to raise up to HK$1.05 billion from its initial public offer, which will be priced between HK$1.20 and HK$1.40 per share. About HK$250 million of the proceeds will be spent on its iCare Internet operation before the end of the first half of 2002. Another HK$300 million of the proceeds will go to the company's wireless network, while HK$230 million will be spent on refurbishing the companies' three data centres.
