Former land surveyor of the Airport Authority Cheung Kwok-hin, 50, appeared in Eastern Court facing 19 counts of using a document to deceive his principal over work allowances and holidays from September 2, 1996, to August 1, 1998. No plea was entered and Magistrate Ian Candy adjourned the case to July 17.
