On July 20, for the third time in three months, residents in Mid-Levels suffered disruption of their supply of tap water.

The problem is now getting completely out of hand. This is a disgrace for a modern city like Hong Kong. In May, we had two days during which we had no water supply. Then in June we went three days without water. This is very inconvenient for residents, especially in summer.

If things do not improve soon, I am sure some Mid-Levels residents will decide to move elsewhere. Whichever government department is responsible for this chaos has been incompetent.
