I refer to the letter headlined, 'Inflated charge' (South China Morning Post, August 10).

The charge for the photocopying service at all institutions in the Correctional Services Department is $6.50 per copy for the first 20 photocopies; $1.50 will be charged for any additional photocopies in the same document. This is a standard rate normally used for photocopying services in all government departments.
