Cartoon lessons

I suggest that local TV stations put cartoon programmes at Nicam mode with English subtitles. Children obviously love cartoon shows, and I have a six-year-old son. He watches cartoons on children's primetime TV every day, and he likes to tell me stories about the cartoon shows. This demonstrates that kids pay full attention to the shows.

I am sure children would learn more English if they listen to suitable Chinese-speaking programmes and watch the English subtitles, or listen to English programmes and watch the English subtitles.
