Hong Kong: it's your town, use it

The last of Pillar Point's 'guests'' were forced out the Tuen Mun refugee camp in June, three weeks after its official closure. Six months ago it was home to more than a thousand Vietnamese boat people, who existed in one-room, one-tap, no-toilet, pre-fab 'apartments''. Luxury came in the form of grim shower blocks. Graffiti-daubed walls, smashed windows, discarded syringes and a poignant sketch of a bird flying to freedom tell their own tale.
