Model-boat crowd making life miserable

We chose to live in Tai Tam because of the beautiful views and, above all else, the peace and quiet.

Unfortunately, every weekend (and also on some weekdays), we are subjected to the ear-piercing noise caused by a group of selfish people who get their kicks out of playing with toy remote boats in Tai Tam Harbour.

For the past nine months I have tried to get something done. The marine police have come out a few times to reprimand these people, but they just keep coming back. We pay a high rent to live here. Why should we have to suffer this totally unacceptable level of noise? Something must be done. It is not fair to the residents of the Redhill Peninsula.

I look forward to hearing from the marine police as to how they are going to solve this problem, as they have so far been completely ineffective.
