THE dumping of toxic mud dredged from the Container Terminal 9 site can continue until the investigation of a complaint filed by environmental concern group Greenpeace is concluded, officials said yesterday. The Environmental Protection Department said dredging could continue but if harm to the marine environment was proven the contract would be terminated.
