Customised Internet browsers will be a fad if the release of the first-ever Pokemon Internet Browser becomes successful.

The new Internet browser is available free for downloading at http://www. pokemon.com

A free CD-ROM version of the Pokemon Internet Browser can also be ordered via the Web site.

The new browser is a result of a joint effort between Nintendo of America Inc and MediaBrowser. It is a colourful, fun graphic site and offers the functionality of Internet Explorer from Microsoft.

It also lets users surf and link to other destinations in the Pokemon on-line universe, such as the Pokemon Gold and Silver Official game site, and Pokemon Stadium game site.
