The pride of Hong Kong's paralympics team is its fencing squad - one of the world's strongest. The man in the iron mask seen training at the Hong Kong Sports Institute, Sha Tin, is Stanley Chung Ting-ching, 29, winner of silver medals in the foil and the epee at the Sydney Paralympics, which closes today. He also collected gold, as well as the Best Fencer Award, in last year's Wheelchair Fencing World Championships. Paraplegic Chung, who lost the use of his legs in a motorcycle accident, lives on a Tai Wai public housing estate with only his pet mouse for company.
