Mainlander Zhao Xuanfeng, 27, convicted of possessing 16 counterfeit Korean passports and four fake immigration stamps, was jailed for 28 months by the District Court yesterday. The passports and immigration stamps were found in his luggage when he arrived from Thailand on September 10.
