Investment bank ING Barings is bringing Adrian Yang from its London offices to head corporate and institutional finance in Hong Kong, replacing Chester Kwok.

Mr Yang, the son of Executive Councillor Yang Ti Liang, focused on corporate finance in London, the bank said yesterday.

When he headed equity capital markets for ING Barings in Hong Kong previously, Mr Yang was involved in block trades for China Resources, China Overseas Land and Zenhai Refinery and a convertible bond on behalf of First Pacific.
