Grosvenor buys Lippo floor

British Property giant Grosvenor Estate has bought the 33th floor at Lippo Centre Tower Two for HK$98 million. With a gross floor area of 14,894 square feet, the property has been leased to a US company until the end of 2003. Raymond Lee, deputy managing director of FPDSavills Hong Kong, which handled the deal, said Grosvenor was optimistic about high-end properties in the SAR. Grosvenor Land, a 50-50 joint venture with Hongkong Land, earlier bought a luxury project at 6-16 Peel Rise on The Peak.
