Experiments have shown that birds find their way by the stars at night and by the sun during the day.


Furthermore, the amazing creatures seem to have an accurate 'internal clock' in their bodies.


They can complete their migrations in time according to their special clock even in very cloudy, windy or bad weather condition.


It could be said that they have their own special compass inside them, which tells them the right direction to go.
