Heroin, ketamine found on woman

A 28-year-old woman was arrested with two grams of cannabis, 4.5 grams of heroin and 0.6 gram of ketamine worth a total of $1,800 at Lowu Control Point on Friday night. The maximum penalty for bringing ketamine into Hong Kong is life imprisonment and a fine of $5 million after an amendment to the law took effect on Friday.
