Bloomberg Tradebook has linked up with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's AMS/3 system, allowing institutional clients to directly trade local stocks on its platform. A global agency broker, Bloomberg Tradebook has access to 12 global exchanges and potential clearance and settlement in 65 markets worldwide. The link-up allows the network's institutional subscribers not only to route online orders to AMS/3 - the exchange's upgraded electronic trading system launched last November - but also to access functions such as order cancelling, audit trail and trade recap capabilities. The execution and clearance are handled by G-Trade Service.
