We refer to the article headlined, 'Clients welcome innovative time tracking devices', which appeared in the Lufthansa Airlines 40th Anniversary Special Supplement (South China Morning Post, January 18) and which contained an error.

It was reported that Lufthansa Cargo had a joint venture with CargoLux. In fact, Lufthansa Cargo has had a joint venture with Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong since 1981. This partnership covers the joint operation of freighter flights between Hong Kong and Frankfurt. This year, we are going to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the successful partnership.

We are grateful to Cathay Pacific that we are able to have such a successful joint venture.
