Somebody call Unsolved Mysteries. Sasquatch chic has been spotted on the runway of local designer Lu Lu Cheung. The look, which brings back balaclavas in a big way, was one of several showpieces unleashed on audiences during Hong Kong's recent autumn/winter fashion week. No word yet on what to wear with it, but might we suggest a corn-cob pipe, a button nose and two eyes made out of coal?

'I love Lu Lu, she's so sweet. But what's the model doing with a bunny on her head? I'm sure she doesn't really expect anyone to wear that.' Jill Triptree, editor, Talkies magazine.

'It looks like the Pillsbury Dough Boy, only it's not funny or cute.' Kullawit Laosuksri, fashion director, Elle Thailand.

'I guess it has the potential to be creative, but I don't get it.' Kim Stringer, advertising vice-president.
