Like so many suffering souls in Hong Kong, I am now the unfortunate victim of Kowloon Motor Bus Company's (KMB) new onboard video screens. I live in Central but work in Tuen Mun, so the 960 bus is the only reasonable way to get to work.

Yet I am now a captive victim of KMB's insufferably noisy and obtrusive new video screens. I have taken to wearing earplugs while riding the bus, but they are no match for KMB's efforts at 'infotainment'. What is more, passengers must now shout even more loudly into their mobile phones.

What can a suffering passenger do? Shouldn't passengers be consulted before introducing yet more suffering in an already too noisy Hong Kong? I have no reasonable alternative to the 960 route, but I'll go insane at this rate. Help!
