Thirty owners of a now-demolished building were awarded about $31 million against a solicitor's firm in an out-of-court settlement. The agreement was reached between the former owners of Fei Fung Street, Wong Tai Sin, and Yuen Sung & Co at the Court of First Instance. It was said the owners were expecting flats in a new project but the flats were sold or mortgaged to others.
