Mnemonic device

I refer to the letter from Pauline Bunce headlined, ' 'Headhunter' adverts looking for trouble' (South China Morning Post, February 16).

The use of headhunter images in the recent advertising campaign for Classified Post is meant to highlight the message 'Even headhunters use Classified Post for their executive-search assignments'.

The pictures are only used as a mnemonic device, and we have taken extreme care to ensure that the headhunters are not portrayed in a derogatory manner. We certainly have no intention at all to mock unfamiliar cultures.

I would also like to assure Ms Bunce that the images are stock shots obtained through a stock-photo library, and the rights to use the pictures have been paid for.
