A man was arrested last night after dressing in women's clothes and entering a female changing room in an indoor games hall. The 24-year-old went into the building in Choi Hung Road, San Po Kong, wearing a wig, bra and skirt. Two women changing after an aerobics class alerted police when they spotted the man sitting inside and watching them.
