FANCY going on safari with David Gower? The forgotten man of English cricket is going on a Save the Rhino safari to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia and Botswana in mid-October, and there are still four spots available to anyone in Hongkong who might like to joinhim.

This info was given us by Nicholas Duncan, president of the Australian chapter of the Save African Endangered Wildlife Foundation, who is currently on a brief business visit to Hongkong.

The Boy David (or ''Lulu'' as he was nicknamed in the England dressing room) will lead the safari and also be the speaker at a gala dinner to be held in Zimbabwe. According to Nicholas, who is arranging the trip, Gower has also promised to organise one or two games of cricket.
