II faces robbery rap

An illegal immigrant, 26, who spent almost 12 hours climbing a block of flats in Shekkipmei trying to evade police on Saturday was charged with one count of robbery. The man, from Hunan province, will appear in North Kowloon Court today. Most of the $20,000 stolen in the robbery in Dynasty Heights on Yin Ping Road was recovered.
