A man slashed a woman's neck with a sickle after she refused to open a safe at her home in Pak Heung, Yuen Long. The suspect knocked on the 25-year-old woman's door in Jazz Garden at noon and forced her into her bedroom where he ordered her to open the safe. He hit two other women, 60 and 66, as he escaped.
