Two men, 35, arrested by Narcotics Bureau officers in Kwun Tong on Tuesday in connection with the record seizure of 1,951kg of cannabis with a retail value of $126.8 million were jointly charged last night with one count of trafficking in dangerous drugs. They will appear in Kwun Tong Court today.

A third man, 34 - arrested in the same operation - was released on $10,000 bail and a $40,000 surety.
