At approximately 11.20pm on Friday, May 11, I was walking with a friend along D'Aguilar Street near Lan Kwai Fong when we observed a police officer on duty throw his used tissue on the ground.

If that wasn't bad enough, when he realised we had seen him, he used his foot to manoeuvre the tissue into a drain. Others nearby also saw the incident.

It is a sorry state of affairs if those who are responsible for law and order in Hong Kong cannot set an example for others. It is also disappointing that some Hong Kong people cannot take more pride in their city and try to keep it clean. Litter bugs are no better than pigs.
