Police arrested a man suspected of stealing sewage manhole covers in Tsim Sha Tsui. A watchman saw the man, 48, pushing a cartload of metal covers at the entrance to the Palace Mall New World Centre in Salisbury Road shortly before 5am. He was alerted when a manhole cover fell from the cart and rolled along the ground. Seven covers belonging to the mall were found to be missing.
