A teenager who passed his driving test just three months ago was killed when he swerved to avoid a dog and rammed his car into the back of a stationary truck in Sheung Shui. To Ka-kin, 19, had to be cut free from the wreckage by firemen in the New Territories-bound lane of Ma Sik Road near Tin Ping Estate. He was declared dead on arrival at North District Hospital.
