Mainlanders held at pirate disc factory

Customs officers raided a pirate optical disc-making centre in Kwai Chung and a storage centre in Shamshuipo, seizing fake discs and equipment worth $400,000. Four mainlanders were arrested. The Divisional Commander of the Customs Copyright Investigation Division, Mak Hoi-wan, said it was the first time mainlanders had been found involved in the illegal trade.
