VTC graduates win employers' plaudits

Employers have given Vocational Training Council graduates an emphatic thumbs-up, a survey conducted by the council has found, with more than 90 per cent of the council's Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education full-time course graduates receiving favourable comments from their employers.

Employers commended the higher diploma graduates and diploma/technical level certificate graduates for 'being able to work well with people and efficiently in a team'. More than 80 per cent of the graduates were also highly commended in the survey for personal attributes such as their open-mindedness, respect of others' viewpoints and sense of responsibility.
