GOODWILL International (Holdings) under its wholly owned subsidiary Joinasset has bought 46.5 million shares from property investment and mining group Grand Orient at $2.80 per share.

The acquisition represents 32 per cent of Grand Orient's issued share capital.

Goodwill does not intend increasing its holding to more than 35 per cent.
