Repairs timetable just nonsensical

I wonder who the genius was who decided that both the Star Ferry and City Hall car parks should undergo repairs at the same time?

With the whole of one floor at both car parks closed, along with parts of other floors, the total available spaces in these Wilson-managed car parks is substantially reduced, and at a busy time of the year. I cannot believe there was no co-ordination between the managers of the car park and the owners, that is, the Government. Is this yet another Transport Department botch up? And when talking of these two car parks, why is it that the larger of the two, that is, Star Ferry, only issues 50 monthly passes, whereas the smaller (City Hall) issues 150? This doesn't make sense, especially as, with the repairs, I doubt if there are 150 available spaces in the City Hall car park right now.

I think we deserve to know who is responsible for these issues.
