Contest to spice up official announcements on television

Are government public information announcements on TV too boring as some critics have suggested?

If you think they are, you now have a chance to make more exciting ones yourself.

Smoke-free TV Commercial Creative Competition, a contest jointly organised by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health and Cable TV, is calling on Form One to Three students to translate their creative ideas on to film.

Entrants have to produce a commercial, which is under one minute long in either colour or black and white, in DV, V8, Hi-8, Super VHS, VHS or VCD, to promote a smoke-free culture.
