A 38-year-old mainlander has been charged with murdering a crewman, 52, aboard an oil tanker.

The victim was stabbed in the neck on the tanker, which was moored off Sha Chau, after an alleged dispute on Saturday. The suspect is due to appear in Eastern Court today.
