Contract mobile-subscriber numbers fell in two successive months, suggesting that growth may have already peaked this year. There were 4.27 million subscribers at August 31 - down 2,420 from July, according to the Office of the Telecommunications Authority. Numbers fell 4,824 from a peak of 4.28 million as of June 30.
