Revellers fail to prevent 20-year-old's suicide leap

A 20-year-old woman fell to her death from the roof of a commercial building in Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, during her friend's birthday party in a karaoke lounge. Four male party-goers apparently tried to persuade her not to jump when they found her sitting on a ledge on the 22nd floor at 3.30am. She was declared dead at Tang Shiu Kin Hospital.
