Hopes of finding three Chinese crewmen missing from a vessel off the coast of Western Australia were fading last night. Four members of the ship's 23-member crew were confirmed dead after an explosion ripped through the front deck of the Hong Kong-registered and owned bulk carrier Nego Kim on Sunday while it was anchored in the outer harbour at Dampier, Russell Barling reports.
