Man caught with fish bombs after explosion

Police last night arrested a man who was allegedly carrying seven fish bombs following an explosion in a rest area in Tsz Wan Shan.

Officers heard the blast at 5.30pm and found some gutters damaged outside Lok Hop House. Police stopped a man, 26, seen acting in a suspicious manner on a staircase in the building. He was arrested after seven fish bombs were found in his possession.
