Wharf New T&T has strict regulations to protect subscribers' information, including fax and telephone numbers. These regulations comply with the Office of the Telecommunications Authority's (Ofta) Code of Conduct for handling Calling Line Identification.
Staff are prohibited from releasing any of this information to third parties as part of our internal operations guidelines.
A centralised 'not-to-call' list is maintained by Ofta, and all fixed-line operators can retrieve this 'not-to-call' list from Ofta's Web site.
Consumers, who receive unsolicited junk faxes, can lodge a complaint to individual fixed-network operators by submitting the following information:
Personal information (name and contact number);
Fax and contact number of the fax sender;
