Seven arrested over taxi stand extortion

Seven men, aged 18 to 50, have been arrested in connection with the extortion of taxi drivers and the setting up of an illegal taxi stand in Mongkok.Drivers were forced to pay $3,000 to join the Mongkok Road stand, and $400 a month to avoid harassment.
