Hutchison Whampoa

Scotland, not England

I have recently received my mobile phone bill from Hutchison Telecom. Having used my international call roaming facility to make numerous calls while on vacation in Scotland, the bill has listed the roamed destination not as Scotland, but England.

While explaining this error to Hutchison customer services I was met with apathy and disinterest. I find it amusing that no cognisance is made that Scotland is a distinct country, both culturally and administratively, from England. Surely Hutchison Telecom could list the destination as United Kingdom at the very least.
