Mainland pair held in $16m fake credit card probe

Commercial Crime Bureau officers arrested two man, 34 and 48, who arrived from the mainland in Mongkok and seized more than 700 credit cards with limits of more than $16 million. Officers believe the older man was believed to be the mastermind of a fake card manufacturing syndicate.

Computers believed to have been involved in the manufacture of fake cards were seized from a flat in a building in Shanghai Street.
