Police were looking for an English teacher from a Yuen Long tutorial centre last night after he allegedly caned a 10-year-old pupil for refusing to study. The boy returned home crying with bruises and marks on his cheek and body and was treated at Tuen Mun Hospital. Police said they had classified the case as assault but have not yet been able to talk to the teacher.
