SOUTH China Brokerage is being sued for damages for libel and malicious falsehood allegedly contained in its listing prospectus published on June 28.

Unicorn Holdings and Ms Teo Bee Hiong complained about items in three of the pages of the prospectus for its share issue.

No other details were given in the writ filed in the Supreme Court.
