Fees cut for derivatives warrants

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing has announced it will reduce the listing fee for a first issue of derivatives warrants by 25 per cent to HK$60,000, from HK$80,000. The fee for a further issue of the same warrants would be reduced to HK$40,000. The new fees apply to derivatives warrants issued on or after April 2. The Securities and Futures Commission also announced it will reduce its fee for derivatives warrants by 25 per cent to HK$18,000.
