The Jia A - China's top football league - will take a three-month break after the sixth-round matches on Sunday, as the national team's World Cup preparations get into full swing.

A top-of-the-table clash sees Shanghai Zhongyuan Huili face Beijing Guo'an, with both sides unbeaten after five rounds. Several injured players hoping to be included in the national training squad, to be announced on Monday, have been asked by the Chinese Football Association to miss this weekend's matches.

Round six fixtures: Bayi vs Shanxi, Chongqing vs Dalian, Qingdao Y. vs Shenzhen, Shanghai S. vs Shandong, Shanghai Z. vs Beijing, Shenyang vs Tianjin, Sichuan vs Liaoning.
